Gorgeous phone that won’t register on the T-Mobile network in rural areas. The phone itself was fantastic, however this was unable to register on the T-Mobile network in rural areas where it was critical for us to use band 12, 700 Hz for our LTE signal. Despite having T Mobile cellspot, we were unable to use the phone when we would get back to our residents simply because it would no longer appear to be registered on the network. As soon as we would travel back into other coverage areas using different bands, we could easily get T-Mobile signal. Because we work and live in a rural area, and though the other phones in the Samsung family which we own were running perfectly fine on band 12, 700 HZ right beside it, this phone just could not even find the network. We had it replaced with an identical phone and the same issue happened. After switching to an edge 7 and an edge 6 without exception we’ve had no issues at all. This is kind of disappointing considering an edge 6 Plus should be a flagship phone and able to work anywhere a paying customer would expect…
